The system of Hatha Yoga combines movements and postural exercises (Asana) with breath control (Pranayama), mindfulness and tranquility meditation (Shamatha). If performed skillfully the asana work can help us become more aware of, and loosen, our breathing as well as facilitating deep relaxation.

See Yoga: A Mindful Practice page for full details. These classes will include meditation. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and a block or cushion for sitting. Email for a class   booking form or venue directions. You can join mid term if required, fee will be calculated accordingly.

Tibetan Relaxation & Healing Exercises

A subtle sensitive approach to yoga from the Tibetan Tradition of Kum Nye. Gentle exercises, breathing techniques and self massage work together to develop vitality and balance. Bring a cushion or folded blanket to sit on.
